Our client delivers leading-edge CRE marketing products that help close deals faster, as they've proven partnering with the largest landlords, developers, and brokerages, across North America, including Brookfield, Link Logistics, JLL, Colliers and more.

Due to growth, our client has an immediate need for a driven and dynamic Senior Sales Associate with Commercial Real Estate brokerage experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for entire sales process, from making initial contact to closing the deal.;

  • Using the provided list of targets (brokers, brokerage marketing, and landlords across Canada and the United States), you will be responsible for prospecting new clients;

  • High-volume calling, email and LinkedIn prospecting;

  • Booking virtual meetings;

  • Present marketing products tailored to client needs;

  • Maintain client relationship throughout sales process.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in CRE brokerage;

  • Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls to actual sales activities;

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;

  • Strong client relations and collaboration skills.
