Nancy Chapman prides herself on representing many leaders in the Engineering, Real Estate and Finance industries. The key to her success is persistence, professionalism and determination. Through strong client relationships and a proven recruitment process, Nancy founded NLC Recruiting Inc. on the guiding principles of honesty, openness and respect. Every search is conducted with a commitment to finding the right fit for the client and the right career move for the individual.
Upon graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Mathematics, Nancy joined IBM as a Marketing Representative where she received two “IBM 100% Club” awards for overachieving sales targets and four “Excellence in Achievement” awards for presentation and selling skills. After a successful career in sales, she spent five years as an IBM instructor teaching new hires and clients.
Nancy joined the recruitment industry and has held senior positions, including Vice President, at large international and boutique recruitment firms. She has been the recipient of two national awards for outstanding recruitment achievements, and has been ranked 3rd in the international “Top 20 Consultants” with the National Personnel Association (NPA).
When not serving her clients, Nancy is an avid runner, completing 19 marathons including 2024 Tokyo, 2023 Berlin, 2022 Chicago and 2021 New York. She is a 9-time Boston Marathon qualifier and is on track to accomplish all six Abbott World Marathon Majors where she is currently ranked in the top 11% internationally in her division. She is an art-enthusiast and enjoys spending time in her art studio. She is a dedicated wife and mother of three.
