General Superintendent

Description

Our client is searching for an experienced, Construction Superintendent to focus on executing projects in a sage, responsible and profitable manner at a site level.

The role will be accountable for the below for various projects:

• Organizing the talent, equipment, sand other resources required and as project schedules and deliverables dictate

• Engaging and directing operating crews and their approach as well as related parties, to achieve project goals

• Monitoring and reporting project performance and resolving related issues as they relate to production and H&S

• Preserving effective relationships with local authorities and stakeholders

• Liaising/collaborating with PMs, with transparency and updating project field status regularly

Responsibilities

Project Marshalling/Initiation/Direction:

• People

• equipment (own/rentals)

• Subcontractors/Supplies

• Logistics

Performance Monitoring:

• Daily progress reporting/meeting key production targets

• Issues management - clients/personnel/administrators

• Rick identification and mitigation

• Discipline - DIG or subcontractor

Community and Relationships:

• Communication

• Identifying and managing client expectations
