Description

Our client is a 100% Canadian employee-owned civil engineering company.  They provide innovative and economic consulting services to private and public sector clients in Canada and internationally in the fields of civil (municipal) engineering and water resources management for a wide range of community growth related projects. This role will work on both urban and greenfield development projects in the GTA.

Requirements

• Registered as a Professional Engineer or C.E.T., or eligible for registration;

• 3+ years experience in the land development industry;

• Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset;

• Ability to prepare Functional Servicing Reports, as well as Stormwater Management calculations an asset;

• Prepare preliminary and detailed engineering design for land development projects (subdivision and site plan);

• Performs other project coordination and design related duties as assigned by Manager;

• Keeps project design records and files;

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Subdivision and Site Plan Design is an asset;

• Work with clients and their consultants to ensure timely delivery of projects.
