Responsibilities

• Preparation and ongoing management of cost sharing schedules for participating and non-participating landowners

• Prepare engineers release letters

• Preparing preliminary and final grading designs and servicing designs

• Coordinating projects through the approval process, liaising with contractors sub-consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cost-sharing experience in GTA

• Received B.Eng. in civil engineering program 

• Ability to read civil engineering drawings for municipal and subdivision projects

• Experience in reviewing the tender documents and progress certificates 

• Excellent skill in working with Auto CAD and Ms. Excel and other Ms.Office products 

• EIT in Ontario

• Fluent in English (writing and oral)
