Preferred Candidate Profile
 Senior Engineering Professional with a diverse Civil Engineering background managing water treatment, sewage treatment, roads, sewer and water main design and construction projects.
 A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the design, construction and project management of municipal infrastructure projects.
 Demonstrated project management and consulting experience.  Strong client management and facilitation skills.

Role
 Providing project and client management services relating primarily to public sector road, sewage and water system infrastructure projects;
 Proposal preparation and coordination.
 Preparation and tracking of project budgets and schedules.
 Facilitating and securing approvals from commenting agencies.
 Business development and ability to foster long-term client relationships.
 Lead multi-discipline teams.
 Directing / coordinating the preparation of design drawings and documents.
 Collecting, monitoring and evaluating design submissions, cost estimates, and construction schedules from contractors, public agencies, utility companies, and designers.
 Ensuring continuity of projects through design, tender and construction phases.
 Ability to mentor and further develop junior and intermediate professionals.

Professional Engineer (P. Eng.), in good standing with the Professional Engineers of Manitoba (APGEM) and Ontario (PEO).  Experience with water supply and sewage treatment;  Knowledge of sewer and water main design criteria  Experience with road design criteria including Regional and Local Municipal Government design practices and permitting requirements, Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) guidelines and Manitoba Provincial Standards (OPS  Knowledge of road, sewer and water main construction practices
