Nancy L. Chapman has had the privilege to represent some of the leaders and innovators in the Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing and Technology industries both in Toronto and internationally. The key to her success is persistence, professionalism and a determination to create success for her clients. It comes from an understanding of the recruitment process from a client perspective from her many years of management at IBM, her understanding of the importance of “Target Recruitment” and her full appreciation for the success a good hire makes to an organization.

Nancy L. Chapman is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Science, Mathematics. Upon graduating she joined IBM Canada as a Marketing Representative and capitalizing on sales success, went on to teach the New Hire Sales Program. Nancy has taken 10 years of marketing, management and training expertise and applied experience and passion to the recruitment industry.

Past experience includes senior executive roles as Vice President and Director, Strategic Accounts with several of the largest recruitment firms and boutique recruitment consulting firms in both Toronto and Western Canada. Through strong client relationships and a proven recruitment process, Nancy founded NLC Recruiting and Consulting Inc. with a dedication to professionalism, focus and shared successful process between client and candidate.

Awards include two IBM 100% Club awards for overachieving sales targets and four “Excellence in Achievement” awards for presentation and selling skills.  Additionally, as part of the National Personnel Association (NPA), Nancy has been the recipient of two “Ten Kulb Awards” for outstanding recruitment achievement and has been ranked 3^rd in the NPA international “Top 20 Consultants”.
